This is from the FDA 8 hour presentation between 2:33:41 2:33:42 seconds and lists adverse vaccine side effects suddenly appears for a quarter of a second and disappears, no mention is made of it.

When the fire alarm went off at a hotel in central Taiwan on Wednesday evening, Chen Chien-kuang, 59, a missionary, immediately thought of escaping. But he was one of 29 people in coronavirus quarantine inside the hotel and worried about breaking the rules, which required those in quarantine to stay inside their rooms.

Some state governors have issued executive orders banning mandates, such as S. Carolina. Only two I can find have passed bills into law prohibiting mandates. Arkansas and Utah. Montana is close to a signed bill.
